PhonIQ needs testers before it can launch on Google Play. It takes a minute to join.

  1. Join the group. Use the Gmail you use on your Android phone.
  2. Install from the link. We send a Play Store link by email and WhatsApp within a few days.
  3. Keep it for 14 days. Open it now and then. Feedback is welcome but not required.

Android 15 or later only. iPhones cannot install PhonIQ.

An OTP SMS arrives: PhonIQ shows the code in a notification and in the inbox, then Money shows the payment.

Tester questions

Why 14 days?

Google Play asks new developers to run a closed test with at least 12 people for 14 days in a row before an app can launch.

Do I have to make it my default app?

To read and send SMS and handle calls, Android needs PhonIQ to be your default phone and SMS app. You can switch back any time in Settings.

How do I send feedback?

Reply on WhatsApp, or email the address on the Support page. Please do not send SMS text, OTPs or phone numbers.

Does PhonIQ upload my SMS?

No. Messages are read on your phone. Only PhonIQ Chat and Drive backup use the internet for your data, and both are off until you turn them on.
